RFQ Architectural and Engineering Services: Closes 08/01/2025

West Triangle High School, a new public charter school scheduled to open in the fall of 2026 in Durham, North Carolina, is excited to announce that we are working to secure a location at 100 Capitola Drive, a facility similar in structure and layout to the Meridian Parkway building that you  have previously toured.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced architectural and engineering team to support the renovation and phased development of our school facility. The initial project will include the retrofit of approximately 15,000 to 20,000 square feet of interior space, converting it from Business to Educational Occupancy. The selected firm will also collaborate with our team to develop a comprehensive master plan that accommodates future growth to a total enrollment of 650 students.

Linked is a formal Request for Qualifications (RFQ) outlining the full scope of services, project background, submission requirements, and evaluation criteria. The anticipated total hard cost for the first phase is not to exceed $2 million, with a cumulative multi-phase budget target of $6 million.
