“The FRC has made it 100% possible for us to fulfill our mission by ensuring we have a home now and for the future. The team was fully in line with what we needed and helped during negotiations, GADOE authorization, securing the Certificate of Occupancy, contractor and architect negotiations and so much more. Their one-stop-facility-shop worked extremely well for us, and made our team personally feel informed about the contracts and deals we were signing as a new entity.
